Amid coronavirus pandemic, the government has started Fit India Movement so as people remain healthy and fit while staying indoors during COVID-19 lockdown. The latest task that has been given by Fit India is the Zumba dance session for school students.

The class has been conducted by the Zumba and Fitness coach Shweta Kariya who has taught some fitness lessons.

She has taught some simple and easy dance steps on the official YouTube channel of the Fit India Movement.

However, the session was started at 9:30 am which was especially for school children. Students across the globe were asked to join the Zumba session.

Also, the Central Board of Secondary Education has shared the tweet of Fit Indian.
