ILF Samanvay opens with a fascinating visual arts exhibition

The Indian Languages Festival (ILF) Samanvay along with The Raza Foundation has organised a three-day language festival starting 5 November at the India Habitat Centre.

The festival was inaugurated by artist Krishen Khanna on 3 November with an exhibition titled ONENESS. It focuses on the theme of \'Language as Public Action\'. Curated by Deeksha Nath, the exhibition "celebrates multiple art vocabularies speaking to diverse audiences".

The artists whose work is on display, in alphabetical order, are Atul Bhalla, Anarya, Gulammohammed Sheikh, Malik Sajad, Mithu Sen, Parvez Imam, Payal A.P, Priya Ravish Mehra, Rohini Devasher, Sanket Jadia, Sucitra Gahot, Sunandita Mehrotra, Tushar Joag, Vasudha Thozhur, Vidhi Sharma and Udita Upadhyaya.

You can catch the goings on at the festival starting tomorrow at Yamuna @ the Amphitheatre, IHC. The exhibition, however, will be on till 18 November, from 11am to 6pm.
