NVS Recruitment 2019: Over 2000 vacancies released for PGT, TGT and other; salary upto Rs 2 lakh

It must be a piece of good news for the PGT, TGT aspirants as Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) released a recruitment drive on its official website.

NVS has invited a total of 2370 vacancies for the positions of Assistant Commissioner, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGTs) & Other.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies on the official website of NVS.

As per the notification, the online application process for the posts of Assistant Commissioner, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGTs) & Other Miscellaneous Teachers, Legal Assistant, Female Staff Nurse, Catering Assistant and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) will begin from July 10th, 2019.

Candidates who will be selected in this huge recruitment drive will be posted in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Headquarter, and Offices of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, all across the country.

• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (Group- B) – 1154
• Miscellaneous Category of Teachers (Group – B) – 564 (Music, Art, PET Male, PET Female, Lib.)
• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) (Group-B) – 430
• Lower Division Clerk (Group – C) - 135
• Catering Assistant (Group – C) – 26
• Female Staff Nurse (Group – B) - 55
• Legal Assistant (Group – C) - 1
• Assistant Commissioner (Group A) – 5

Salary Details:

• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Candidates who will be selected for the post will get a salary of (Level-8) Rs.47,600/- to Rs.1,51,100/- per month
• Miscellaneous Teachers – Selected candidates will be paid off (Level-7) Rs.44,900/- to Rs.1,42,200/- per month
• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Qualified candidates will get a salary of (Level-7) Rs.44,900/- to Rs.1,42,200/- per month
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Candidates will get (Level-1) Rs.19,900/- to Rs.63,200/- per month
• Legal Assistants – Qualified aspirants will get (Level-7) Rs.44,900/- to Rs.1,42,200/- per month
• Catering Assistants – Qualified candidates will get (Level-4) Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/- per month
• Female Staff Nurse –  Selected candidates will get (Level-7) Rs.25,500/- to Rs.1,42,400/- per month
• Assistant Commissioner: (Level -12) Rs.78,800/- to Rs.2,09,200/- per month

Age Limit Required post-wise:

• Assistant Commissioner (Group-A) - 45 years
• Lower Division Clerk (Group C) - 18 and 27 years
• Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) (Group-B) - 40 years
• Miscellaneous Category of Teachers (Group-B) - 35 years
• Legal Assistant (Group C) - 18 to 32 years
• Music - 35 years
• Female Staff Nurse (Group B) - 35 years
• Catering Assistant (Group C) - 35 years

Important Dates To Remember:

• Online application process starts on - 10 July 2019
• Last Date to submit application - 09 August 2019
• Last Date of Fee Submission – 12 August 2019

•  Written Test/ Online Test – Between 05 September to 10 September 2019 (Tentatively)
