Kavach 2: Namik Paul to romance Deepika Singh; no more part of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2

Ek Tha Deewana actor Namik Paul hit the headlines a few days back that he has been roped in Ekta Kapoor’s most popular show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 starring Parth Samthaan, Erica Fernandes and Hina Khan. There were reports that he will be essaying the role of Prerna aka Erica’s love interest and through him, Ekta will introduce some twists but it seems there is sad news for Namik’s and KZK2’s fan.

There are reports that he will not be part of the show rather he has bagged another show of Ekta Kapoor Kavach 2 which will soon be featured on Colors. It is the supernatural show where he will be romancing Deepika Singh, Diya Aur Baati Hum actress. The show is the sequel of Kavach... Kaali Shaktiyon Se which starred Mona Singh and Vivek Dahiya in lead.

Once again we’ll see the actor essaying the role in supernatural drama when asked Namik about this he said that he is working on himself and is looking for some different role. We remember talking to Namik earlier where he said that he would not like to work in the same genre and would like to taste other genre’s as well. But it seems that supernatural roles are on his list for now or maybe he is essaying some different role in it.
