This KumKum Bhagya actress opens up about the police officer who slut shamed her on Instagram

The Bollywood actress to get slut shamed on social media platform is a very common scene and the new addition to the list is a popular Television actress who has recently got shamed on the photo sharing app, Instagram. Yes, we are talking about Shikha Singh who is recently seen in Zee TV's famous show KumKum Bhagya.

A recent report published in an Entertainment portal said that the actress who plays the character of Aaliya in the show posted a picture on her Instagram account where she was seen wearing beautiful outfit. As soon as she uploaded the picture a lot of comments start pouring in for her some positive and some negative.

In people who posted some negative comments for her, there was one such person who wrote, “Beautiful. Pl upload some hottest poses with bikini or microminis as new year gift”. This got onto the nerve of Shikha and she decided to teach the person a lesson.

When she looked into his profile she got to know that the person was a police officer. She compiled his pictures and posted a post that read, “Just bcos a person doesn’t put hands at you, that doesn’t mean they aren’t abusive. Abuse is Control, Blatant disrespect, and also hurtful words. You can’t get away easy Mr. Jagdish Gunge !! When she was asked about the officer she told the entertainment portal, “We keep getting a lot of hate messages, there’s no denial in that. But I saw this and I just wanted to see who this person is. And when a friend decided to check his Facebook profile. That’s when we found out that he’s a police friggin’ officer. It was very disappointing and I thought it needs to be brought to notice because these are the people who are protecting us.”
