Sanjivani 2: Shocking! Not Nakuul Mehta but Surbhi Chandna to be seen opposite this actor; fans sad as no nore Shivaay Anika

TV actress Surbhi Chandna rose to fame through her role of Anika in 'Ishqbaaaz' in which her pairing with Nakuul Mehta was badly loved by the fans so much so that even though the show went off-AIR, the fans wanted to see the return of Shivaay and Anika either in the same show or in some other show. Soon reports of the actress doing the lead in the revamp of 'Sanjivani' titled as Sanjivani 2 started doing rounds on the internet after which the fans got excited to know about the comeback news.

Soon there was humming with the bits of gossip saying that Nakuul will also star opposite Surbhi in the redo of 'Sanjivani.' Soon all such reports were squashed by the show's maker Siddharth Malhotra and called all such rumors false that disappointed the fans. Well now it seems that the makers have finalized an actor for the show opposite Surbhi's character. The actor who has been finalized for the medical drama is none other than Namit Khanna who was last seen playing the role of Siddhant Sinha in ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai.’

Not just them, there are reports about other actors also joining the revamp of Sanjivani including Gurdeep Kohli and Mohnish Behl who were a piece of the principal period of the show which aired from 2002 to 2005. Gurdeep assumed the role of Dr. Juhi while Mohnish was viewed as Dr. Shashank Gupta in the show. The show additionally featured Mihir Mishra and Rupali Ganguly in lead jobs.
