Vijay Deverakonda to fly down Mumbai soon, Bollywood debut announcement awaits?

Telugu superstar Vijay Deverakonda's recently released film Dear Comrade has not done well at the box office but despite that he doesn't get affected with the failure. He is still the charming guy of Tollywood and most demanding in Bollywood. Currently, reports are that the actor from Telugu is most demanding in Bollywood.

The top three producers of Bollywood industry are keen to sign him and make his debut in Bollywood. It is only because of the fan following he had made through Arjun Reddy. Reports are coming that Vijay will fly to Mumbai on 6 September to take a call on his Bollywood debut.

When Vijay was contacted and asked about the same he said, “Yes I am going to Mumbai. When it (Bollywood launch) happens it will happen. I am not holding my breath for it. Of course I would love to have the pan-India audience that Bollywood provides. But I am equally happy with my work and audience in Telugu cinema. There’s no desire to see Bollywood as a progression in my career. It can only be an extension, not a progression.”

Interestingly, Vijay already has rejected two Bollywood films and he doesn't feel any regret for it. He said that he doesn't want to repeat his own work. Actually, Vijay was offered Hindi remakes of Arjun Reddy and Dear Comrade but he rejected both films.
