RPF Recruitment 2018: RRB started the application process for 8,624 posts; Class 10th pass candidates can apply now
Finally! Waits over now for those who are waiting to apply for the Railway Protection Force (RPF) vacancies. As the Indian Railways recruitment board has released an official notification to fill over 8624 vacancies in Railway Protection Force (RPF) on the official website on 1st June 2018. Therefore, all the interested candidates can apply for the post of Constable now.
According to the official notification, the online application process has started form 1st June 2018 and it will remain open until 30th June 2018. However, the Railway Recruitment Board has already released the vacancies over one lakh posts for Railway Protection Force (RPF) this year. The online application procedure also has been started for more than 9,739 posts for the post of Sub-Inspector (SI) and Constable in Railway Protection Force and Railway Protection Special Force as well.

Only Indian citizens can apply for the post and they must have a degree at least Class 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board. The candidates should have passed their SSLC/matric from a recognised Board.
Age limit to apply for the vacancies:
All the candidates who are going to apply for the posts must attain the age minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years. Age relaxation will be given as per the government norms.
Selection Process for RPF recruitment 2018:
Candidates have to qualify the four phases of the examination.

Phase I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
Phase II: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Phase III: Trade Test (only For drivers/ancillary staff/ band)
Phase IV: Document verification
However, for the Constable (Band) and Sub-Inspector (Band), candidates wouldn’t appear for the CBT.
