ESIC Recruitment 2022: 3847 vacancies released for Steno, MT and other posts; salary as per 7th CPC

ESIC Recruitment 2022: Huge job opportunity has been released for 10th and 12th passed and Graduates aspirants. Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has announced a recruitment drive for the posts of Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Stenographer (Steno), and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). The vacancies shall be filled across the country.

The online application process will start on January 15, 2022, and the last date for the submission of the ESIC online registration is February 15, 2022.

Under this recruitment drive, a total of 3847 vacancies will be filled for ESIC Recruitment 2022. Candidates will be selected on the basis of an online exam. While the examination date will be intimated to aspirants.

ESIC Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria for ESIC UDC, Steno, and MTS Posts

Educational Qualification:

• For UDC post- Candidates should be graduated from a recognized university or equivalent. He or she should hold knowledge of computers including the use of office suites and databases.
• For MTS- 10th qualified aspirants can apply for the post
• For Stenographer- Candidates who have qualified class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board or university can apply for the post. Dictation: 10 Minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi) (Only on computers).

ESIC Salary:

Candidates who will qualify for the post will get the salary as per posts.

• UDC & Steno - Pay Level – 4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) as per 7th Central Pay Commission.
• MTS Pay Level – 1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900) as per 7th Central Pay Commission.

Age Limit:

• UDC & Steno – the minimum age limit required to apply for the post is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 27.
• For MTS- candidates should be in the age bracket of 18 to 25 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications i.e. 15th February 2022

ESIC Recruitment 2022: Selection Process

The selection will be done on the basis of:

• UDC - Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Computer Skill Test
• Stenographer- Phase I - Main Examination and Phase II – Skill Test in Stenography
• MTS - Prelims Exam and Mains Exam

Application Fee:

• For SC/ST/PWD/ Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex-Servicemen - Rs. 250/-
• For all other categories - Rs. 500/-
