Eastern Railway recruitment 2022: Apply for 3115 Apprentice posts

Attention candidates! The Eastern Railway has invited applications for the posts of Apprentice. The registration process has already started and the deadline to apply for the post is till October 29, 2022. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the Apprentice posts through the official website of Eastern Railway.

With this recruitment drive, the Eastern Railway aims to fill a total of 3,115 posts in the organisation. Candidates must note that only online application forms will be accepted and no other modes shall be entertained.

Eastern Railway recruitment 2022:  Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the posts must have cleared Class 10th or its equivalent with minimum 50 percent marks, in aggregate, from a government recognised Board. He should also possess  the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.

Candidates should be between 15 to 24 years of age.

Eastern Railway recruitment 2022: Selection Process

“Selection of a candidate for training slot of a unit of Eastern railway will be on the basis of merit prepared in respect of all eligible candidates who apply against the notification. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of data/details filled up by candidates in the on line application form,” said notification.

Eastern Railway recruitment 2022: Application Fee

General category candidates are required to pay Rs 100 as an application fee, however the fee is exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates.
