Caught on camera: Caretaker in state-run Telangana orphanage burns children with hot spoon

In a horrific incident, a caretaker at 'Shishu Greh' orphanage run by the Telangana government in Karimnagar, burnt the hands of children, with a hot spoon.

CCTV footage has surfaced, showing the woman using a hot spoon without mercy on the children. 

As is visible in the CCTV footage, there are two woman present at the scene. While one caretaker heated up the spoon, the other used it on the children's hands. It is apparent that the caretaker is torturing the kids and trying to scare them.
