Oil India Limited Recruitment 2022: Eligibility criteria
Educational Qualification: Post-wise

• For Manager post: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any discipline of minimum 04 years duration with minimum 65% marks with SAP HCM certificate and having 03 years post-qualification experience.
• For Superintending Medical Officer (Radiology) Post: MD (Radio Diagnosis) from a reputed Medical College/University recognized by the Medical Council of India with working knowledge of computer tomography and/or MRI and should be familiar with the use of computers.
• For Senior Medical Officer Post: Candidates should have completed MBBS from a reputed Medical College/ University recognized by the Medical Council of India with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• For Senior Officer (Civil) Post: Bachelor's Degree of minimum 4 years duration in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks.

Payscale:

Candidates who will be recruited under the Grade B category will get the pay scale of Rs.60,000-1,80,000 (starting with Basic Pay of Rs.60,000). The selected aspirants will have to serve a probationary period of one year.

The approximate total emoluments in Grade C and Grade B at a minimum of scale will be around Rs 1,50,000 and Rs 1,20,000 respectively.

Selection process:

Candidates will have to qualify the Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview.
