Educational Qualification for Junior Manager and Assistant General
Manager Posts:

• Additional General Manager (Civil): B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institute and 22 years of post-qualification experience.
• Junior Manager (Legal): Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree (3 years/ 5 years) from any recognized University/Institute approved by Bar Council of India with minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience.

Age limit Required:

The upper age limit for the post of Junior Manager (Legal) is 32 years and 55 years for the post-Additional General Manager (Civil) (Age relaxation for as per government of India norms).

Pay Scale:

Candidates who will qualify for the post will get the pay scale:

• For AGM (Civil)- Rs. 1, 00,000 – 2,60,000)
• For Junior Manager (Legal)- Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000
