NHM Recruitment 2019: 3965 vacancies released for Community Health Officer; check post details

National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra has released a recruitment drive for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO). Candidates who are looking for a government job opportunity can apply for thousands of vacancies released at arogya.maharashtra.gov.in.

The application form for the post can be filled through the posts through the prescribed format on or before 14 October 2019.

NHM has released a total of 3965 vacancies for various sub-centres in the state.

Educational Qualification:

To apply for the vacancies candidates should hold the Bachelor's degree in  Ayurvedic Medicine/Bachelors in Unani Medicine/Bachelors in Nursing and registered with MCI are eligible to apply for these aforesaid posts.

Selected candidates will have to undergo 6/8 months Certificate Programme in Community Health from candidates who are willing & enthusiastic to serve the community. Candidates who will complete their training Programme will be posted at Health & Wellness Centres - Sub centres (HWC-SC) as Community Health Officers.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit required to apply for the post for General Category is 38 years. Whereas for reserved category, the age limit is 43 years.
