The former Miss India and Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, who started her career in Bollywood with Dastak in 1996, has been often asked why she chooses to stay single.

The actress, who has adopted two girls, has had the same question asked to her several times.

As if to shut everyone's mouth, the actress recently posted a picture of herself on Instagram and gave a fitting reply. She stated, "Why STILL #SINGLE they ask? Why Not? I answer, I am secure in my choice and in being so, I can respect and appreciate another’s choice, whatever it may be!!! After all, "singles or doubles, we play to win". As for me let’s just say, ‘I am yet to meet that sire, who loves to play with fire.” #enoughsaid (sic)
