Hrithik Roshan and Anushka Sharma to star in Farah Khan's next film

Earlier there were the reports that director Farah Khan is considering Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma for her next. Now according to media reports, Anushka Sharma and Hrithik Roshan have finalized to play leading roles. They both have almost finalized to play leading roles in Farah Khan's next directorial after Happy New Year.

A close source quoted in a media report, “Yes, Hrithik Roshan and Anushka Sharma have been locked for the film, and the project will be going on floors in the first quarter of 2020. As for its release, Farah Khan is looking to release the film in early 2021.”

Farhan Khan who had given hits films like Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om and Happy New Year. However, the next film she will direct under Rohit Shetty's production house Rohit Shetty Picturezz. Both Rohit Shetty and Farah Khan are known for their masala films and their content, they have collaborated several times for many songs. Recently, also Farah Khan choreographed a song for Rohit Shetty in Sooryavanshi.

Reports were also that Farah Khan's next film will be a remake of 1982 released film Satte Pe Satta starring Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. However, Farah Khan has never accepted it and told that she will make an official announcement regarding the same. It will be the first collaboration of Farhan Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and Anushka Sharma.
