The couple, Pushkar and Gayathri's film, Vikram Vedha gets a release date on July 21. The film is produced by S Sashikanth under the banner of Y Not Studios. It stars R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi. Madhavan portrays an encounter specialist in the film and Vijay Sethupathi plays the role of a gangster.

The film also stars Shraddha Srinath and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar Prem, Kathir and John Vijay.

Vikram Vedha also marks the third directorial outing of Pushkar - Gayathri duo after Oram Po and Va.
