Today, the Supreme Court of India has decriminalized the homosexuality after hearing the petitions. However, it took a long time to decriminalize the Section 377 and many people have fight for it. Among the petitioners, there is a man named Keshav Suri, the Executive Director of the Lalit Hotels who also filed the petition and struggled 10 years for his love relationship.

This year in the month of April, he got happily married to his gay partner Cyril Feuillebois in the city of love, Paris. They two were in the relationship for 10 years and now lived happily with each other. But their journey was not so easy and they fight so hard for their relationship.

 

 

He announced about his marriage to his partner on a social media platform by sharing the picture and also captioned, ‘10 years of being miserable together, i loved every second of it. Lead the way for the next 10 years babe, am sure it will be torture but i am a sucker for punishment. @kronokare’

 

 

After the judgement, Keshav Suri also expressed his happiness and said to news agency ANI that ‘All the lawyers & judges who have worked on this are the people to be interviewed and thanked. I am a nobody but they are the people to be thanked. It is a massive time to celebrate.’

 

Know who is Keshav Suri?

The Executive Director of the Lalit Hotels and also an active campaigner for LGBTQIA rights. He had filed a petition in the Supreme Court in the month April and said that he was also threatened for false prosecution and also unable to lead a happy life with his partner. The petition has been placed before the constitution bench,

Also, Lalit Hotels provide the healthcare benefits to LGBTQIA employees.

Now, after the final decision of the Supreme Court of India, they can live and enjoy their married life without any fear.
