Man, farmer commit suicide in UP

Body of a 23-year-old man was found hanging from the ceiling of his house in Shamli district, the police said today.

The body of Pawan Kumar was found yesterday, they said, adding he may have committed suicide as he was disturbed over domestic trouble.

In another incident, a farmer, Baljit, allegedly ended his life by consuming poison.

The incident took place at Kamheda village here last night, the police said.

He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead, they said.

Both the cases are being investigated, the police added.
