'Indian's won't forgive': PM Modi on Congress' Sam Pitroda's question over Balakot air strike

PM Narendra Modi has taken upon the comments of Indian Overseas Congress chief Sam Pitroda, who demanded evidence for the Balakot air strike, and the former said ‘Indian’s won’t forgive.’

PM Narendra Modi, in a series of tweets targeted the grand old party and Sam Pitroda for his comments over the aerial strikes carried out by India, “The most trusted advisor and guide of the Congress President has kick-started the Pakistan National Day celebrations on behalf of the Congress, ironically by demeaning India’s armed forces.”

Sam Pitroda, a close confidant of Rahul Gandhi, had earlier raised questions over strike and asked, “If you say 300 people were killed,we all need to know that ,all Indians need to know that. Then comes the global media which says nobody was killed,I look bad as an Indian citizen.”

Pitroda had further said, “8 people(26/11 terrorists) come & do something, you don’t jump on entire nation(Pakistan).Naive to assume that just because some people came &attacked, every citizen of that nation is to be blamed.I don’t believe in that way.”

PM Modi requested the nation to respond to Congress in the elections and tweeted, “Opposition insults our forces time and again. I appeal to my fellow Indians- question Opposition leaders on their statements. Tell them- 130 crore Indians will not forgive or forget the Opposition for their antics. India stands firmly with our forces.”
