Watch: Son interrupts MSNBC news presenter during live broadcast in funny video

On Wednesday, MSNBC correspondent Courtney Kube was in the middle of her reporting on a live broadcast when she was intervened by her kid. She was talking about Turkish air strike on nothern Syria when her four year old kid, Ryan, showed up behind her asking her to listen to what he had to say.

"Excuse me, my kids are here." Ms Kube said, during the live broadcast.

She took the interference in her stride and continued to speak about the Turkish airstrike in Syria as the screen showed the map. The video was later shared by MSNBC on Twitter, the clip has gathered over 2.3 million views.

"Sometimes unexpected breaking news happens while you're reporting breaking news," wrote MSNBC, adding the hashtag #workingmoms.

The incident also took many of us to flashback, when BBC’s Robert Kelly in 2017 was interrupted by his kid in the middle of an interview.

Later, Ms Kube told Today they she was glad that her son didn’t start crying, "As soon as I realized he was standing next to me, for a second your heart kind of stops," she said. "I almost picked him up and put him on my lap, but I was afraid he would lean back against mic.

"I was so glad he didn't start crying. He was smiling and happy. It could've been worse!"
