UP Recruitment 2021: UPPBPB starts online registration for SI, ASI posts; here’s how to apply

UP Police Recruitment 2021: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, UPPBPB has started online registration for the post of Sub Inspector (SI) and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) on its official website.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post on or before July 15.

UP Police will fill a total of 1329 vacancies for SI and ASI posts under this recruitment drive.

The online registration for UP Police SI and ASI Vacancy 2021 was started on June 1, 2021.
Candidates are advised to submit their application form through the official website of UPPBPB at uppbpb.gov.in.

UP Police SI Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification Required:

For Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk)- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university. An aspirant should have a Hindi typing speed of 25 WPM & English Typing 30 WPM.

Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

For Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) – Applicant should be graduate in Accounts or Commerce. Hindi typing speed of 15 wpm and O level passed.

Age Limit- 21 to 28 years

For Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential)- Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university. An aspirant should have a Hindi typing speed of 25 WPM & English Typing 30 WPM. Should be able to type 8- wpm in Stenographer Hindi. O Level Exam Passed.

Age Limit- 21 to 28 years

UP Police SI Recruitment 2021: Selection process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in a written exam followed by physical efficiency test and a computer test. Aspirants who will qualify for the written exam will be eligible to appear for the physical efficiency test followed by a computer test.
