The most exciting and thrilling season of 'America's Got Talent' has finally come to an end, and the show's most beloved contestant has been crowned the new winner!

Darci Lynne Farmer, the singing ventriloquist, walked away with the $1 million grand prize, beating Angelica Hale.

The 'AGT's official Twitter handle announced this year's winner by posting a picture of Famer with her puppet.

The 12-year-old won the night with her incredible singing ventriloquist act, bringing her puppet, Petunia, back for a performance of 'Anything You Can Do (I Can Do Better)' with fellow ventriloquist Terry Fator, who won season 2 of America's Got Talent.

Farmer had been one of the most popular contestants in the show's history since her first performance during the 'AGT' season premiere which earned her a Golden Buzzer from Judge Mel B.

The other 9 finalists were Kechi Okwuchi, Evie Clair, Angelica Hale, Chase Goehring, Mandy Harvey, Preacher Lawson, Sara & Hero, Light Balance and Diavolo who all performed for the final time at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

However, only 12-year-old Farmer, 9-year-old Hale and dance troupe Light Balance made it to the top 3.
