UPSC Main Result 2018 Out! Over 2000 candidates qualified the civil services written exam; check your result now

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results for the civil services main written examination on its official website. Therefore, aspirants who had appeared for the written examination and waiting for their results then, they can check now.

As per the reports, around 2,470 candidates have qualified the Civil Services mains examination 2018 and now, eligible for the final interview stage to become the civil services servant.

Candidates can visit the official website at upsc.gov.in to check their written exam results.

As per the statement released by the UPSC, “on the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2018 held by the Union Public Service Commission from 28th September, 2018 to 7th October, 2018, the candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the list published on the UPSC website have qualified for Personality Test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’).”

The list of the selected candidates released by UPSC in which a total of 2,471 aspirants have been shortlisted for the personal interview.

Now, selected candidates will have to appear for the personal interview which will be held on 4th February 2019 onwards.

1. open the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in
2. Click on the link shown on the right side of the homepage ‘Civil Services Main Exam Result’
3. Download the pdf file shown on the website
4. Check your roll number carefully
5. If needed, take a printout for future references
