SSB Recruitment 2019: New job notification released for male, female for Constable posts

Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has released a job notification for the posts Constable (General Duty). All male and female candidates can apply for the vacancies released by SSB.

As per the notification, 290 vacancies have been released by SSB for the position of Combatised CTs (Tradesmen i.e. Tailor, Washerman, Safaiwala, Cobbler, Cook, Barber, CT (Orderlies) Gardner, Water Carrier, and Waiter).

Interested male and female candidates can apply for the latest vacancy before 7th June 2019.

Total vacancy released:

SSB Delhi has invited application forms to fill a total of 290 posts.

Know the eligibility criteria:

Candidates who are applying for the post of Constable (GD) should fulfill the following criteria:

  • Applicants should have completed his/her class 10th or matric from a recognized board or institute.
  • Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience of regular service in SSB.
  • Also have medical category SHAPE-I.
  • No criminal record in the preciding three years of service.

Age Limit:

Applicants who are applying for the vacancy should not exceed 35 years as of age.

Selection Procedure:

Selection of the aspirants will be based on the basis of performance in written examination, Detailed Medical examination (DME), physical fitness of the aspirant like Measurement of Height, Documentation, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Measurement of Chest and Weight and also the Review Medical Examination (RME).

After RME, the final selection list will be released on the basis of marks scored in the written exam conducted by SSB.
