Watch: Mohammad Nabi becomes victim of unluckiest run-out in IPL 2019

Mohammad Nabi becomes victim of an unfortunate run-out by Ravichandran Ashwin in the 14th over. David Warner was at strike and played a straight shot but the ball stuck in Ashwin’s hand while Nabi was out of the crease. Ashwin didn’t take much time to turn around and hit the stumps with his left hand. Sunrisers Hyderabad finished at 150-4 in 20 overs.

Mohammad Nabi went back to pavilion after making just 12 runs off 7 balls. David Warner hit his half-century in 49 balls, which was one of his slowest 50. David Warner was the lone man standing till the end as he scored 70 off 62 balls.

Kings XI Punjab won the toss earlier and decided to bowl first. Sunrisers Hyderabad didn’t have a quick start as Warner lost his opening partner Jonny Bairstow for just 1 run. Bairstow was caught by Ashwin at mid-wicket off Mujeeb Ur Rahman’s delivery.

Vijay Shankar was the next batsman to go as he was caught by KL Rahul behind the stumps. Shankar was dismissed by R Ashwin for 27-ball 26. Manish Pandey came in and notched up a 50-run partnership before he got out in the last over off Mohammed Shami's short ball. Pandey scored 19 off 15. Deepak Hooda came in and played some big shots to take his team to the 150 run mark as he scored 14 off just 3 balls.

Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Mohammed Shami and Ravichandran Ashwin took one wicket each for Punjab, while Ashwin took a wicket via run-out.
