The Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals are going to clash in the 47th match of the IPL 2018. Both the teams have played 11 matches and have 5 wins and 6 losses to their name. The team which wins today's match will walk away with 2 more points at a time when each point is decisive in a team's pursuit to make it to playoffs.

The Mumbai Indians have put up a brilliant performance in their last matches. After winning only 2 of the 8 matches, they have completely turned around the scene, they have changed their fate from a situation when they were on the brink of elimination. They have won three matches one after the other to keep their hopes for the title alive.

Mumbai Indians have the momentum with them and they will be looking forward to taking forward their present form. However, the race to the playoffs will be everything but easy and RR won't like to miss any chance of making to the next level either.

The two captains of the teams, Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma will be expected to specially perform in the clash. Both batsmen have grown up playing at the Wankhede Stadium and have a very good record at the venue; Rohit Sharma has scored the most IPL runs at the venue, while Rahane averages 44 in 5 IPL matches he has played at the Wankhede Stadium.

Mumbai Indians have a great bowling attack comprising of death bowling expert Jasprit Bumrah and Mayank Markande whereas Rajasthan have in their line up Jofra Archer, who has appeared in only 6 matches for the team but still happens to be the highest wicket-taker for Rajasthan.

Sanju Samson and Ajinkya Rahane have been shaping Rajasthan's batting so far whereas Suryakumar Yadav has excelled in his new role as opener; the 27-year old is MI’s top run-getter and he will look to add more to what is already his most successful IPL season.
