Indian bowler feels matches against Australia are more fierce than Pakistan; know why

The rivalry between India and Pakistan is one of the greatest in the sporting world because for the historical and politically background. Indian cricketer Varun Aaron feels that matches between India and Australia are more intense than India and Pakistan. However, he maintained that the rivalry between the Men in Blue and the Men in Green is always a big attraction.

Aaron feels that intensity between India and Australia has developed because of the great players they boast in their team. The rivalry between India and Pakistan will always be there but the match to look out for will be the India-Australia one. We have a much better team than Pakistan and we should always win against them. But Australian team is very competitive and hard to beat and that’s what makes it a great match to watch.

Recently India defeated Australia for the first time in an away Test series and thus became the first Asian team to win a Test series against Australia in Australia. The Kangaroos then took their revenge by winning their first bilateral ODI series in India since 2009.

Varun Aaron plays for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League and his captain was Australian cricketer Steve Smith who has now left for World Cup preparations. Varun made his debut for India in 2011 and has played 9 ODIs. He has also played equal number of Test matches.
