Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra is hitting the headlines ever since he announced the film starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy in lead. Makers and actors are leaving no stones unturned to make it a visual treat for the fans. The film which is hight on VFX was also offered to Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh to play the role of Ranbir’s parents.

Yes, it's true! but before jumping on to any conclusion read the full story! As per sources, Brahmastra is written in a way where many characters will hardly have any role in the first part, however, in the second and third part of the trilogy they will be seen essaying important roles. So for its two main characters that will come in being in the 2-3rd part director wanted a mid-30’s actors to play Shiva aka Ranbir’s parents' role. So in wake of this, he approached DeepVeer to play the cameo role, however, the duo hasn't approved it yet.

 

The storyline was like that at a very tender age Ranbir will lose his parents and for this scene only he approached DeepVeer as they were falling according to the script.

Meanwhile, talking about Deepika and Ranveer are gearing up for their upcoming film ‘83 a Kabir Khan directorial and since they haven't given nod for the role so the maker s are busy searching for another Bollywood star for the same. Apart from Ranbir and Alia, we will also see Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna, Shah Rukh Khan, among others. After a long wait finally, the film has got its release date and i.e the film is slated to hit the theatres on 4th December this year.
