The shooting of Baahubali actress Anushka Shetty's upcoming Telugu film, Bhagmati is nearing its completion. Directed by G Ashok and produced by V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under the banner of UV Creations, the film stars Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan in male lead. Bhagmati also stars Aadhi Pinisetty and Malayalam actors Jayaram and Asha Sarath.

While Anushka Shetty's Baahubali 2 is just 53-days away for it's theatrical release, she is also slated to wrap up the shooting of Bhagmati soon.

In a recent interview to a Telugu media, G Ashok had revealed that his upcoming film is just one week away to wrap up its entire shooting part.

Bhagmati also marks the second Telugu outing of Unni Mukundan, also known as Baby Unni for the Telugu audience. The Malayalam actor's debut Telugu film, Janatha Garage, along side Mohanlal and Jr.NTR went on to become the highest Telugu grosser of 2016. The film also marked his first Rs. 100 crore grosser as well.
