Delhi raised toast to celebrate womanhood!

To celebrate International Women's Day this year in 2017, the national capital saw ultimate offerings for all the ladies out there.

DLF Emporio dedicated an afternoon for celebrating and pampering the city's top women influencers and shoppers. Delicate florals and special Women's Day themed installations dotted the Cha Shi restaurant, as the happy women indulged in the inspired cocktails and scrumptious buffet prepared by the The Set'Z Restaurant.

Prominent guests included designers Neeru Kumar, Malini Ramani, Leena Singh of Ashima Leena, Meera Ali and her daughter Sama Ali and Saba Ali, India Senior Associate of Altagamma Foundation of Sotheby's Realty.

Speaking on this occasion, Dinaz Madhukar, Senior Vice President, DLF Emporio said, "The inception of the event was based around the idea that every woman should be celebrated and valued. We have always strived to create a luxury experience that goes beyond shopping and I am thrilled to see the positive response that we have received from our valuable women patrons, designers and partners at the mall. I hope all our guests felt pampered and loved and we look forward to making this celebration bigger and better every year."

DLF Promenade, on the other hand, raised a toast to the different colors of Womanhood and celebrated Women in the respective fields. Pushpa Bector, Executive VP and Head - DLF Premium Malls, was the host for the evening and spent quality time interacting with the guests. Promenade also hosted an art exhibition "TASVEER", put together by Empowerment NGO, in Association with Academy of Art and Design.

While guests were kept entertained by the art showcase, Promenade also opened some of its premium pampering services free of cost for the guests to relax and un-wind. Services like foot reflexology, Coffee reading, Flip book, Nail art etc. were all on the house!

On this occasion, Pushpa Bector said -"We highly appreciate the role played by all these wonderful women in shaping views and opinions every day. This was our little way to recognize their passion and pamper them the best we can by creating an experience which was refreshing, therapeutic and relaxing."
