What does one carry as memorabilia for the people one admires or adores after they leave this world? How does one remember the most feared faces in history after they are long gone?

May be their last known words... their last known actions... or their last known photograph.

Here are some photos of people we have read, seen, heard much of. And yet, their last moments photographed before death are nothing short of stirring.
