Bomb explosion in Bangkok: 16 dead and at least 80 injured

An explosion in Bangkok's central commercial hub has killed 16 people and injured at least 80, according to local media reports.

> The explosion took place close to the Erawan Shrine, a crowded tourist area.

> Body parts were scattered across the street after the bomb went off during rush hour.
