Pakistan General Elections 2018: Imran Khan’s first wife Jemima Khan congratulates PTI chairman and says, ‘my son’s father is Pakistan’s next PM’

Pakistan will soon to get its new Prime Minister as the votes counting get finished. Till now, the famous cricketer turned politician Imran Khan is in the leading position. While Shahbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari took a dig at the leader. On the other hand, Imran’s second wife Reham never feel shy to do the leg pulling of her ex-husband.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan’s first wife Jemima Khan expressed her wishes on Twitter and congratulated the chairman of PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) whose party would be the winning party in the country after receiving the majority of seats in the General Elections.


PTI chairman former wife, Jemima post couple of tweets on her Twitter account and talked about the political journey of the Cricketer which began in the 90s and she also said it ‘an incredible lesson in tenacity, belief and refusal to accept defeat.’

She wrote, 'I remember IK’s 1st election in 1997- untested, idealistic & politically naive. I waited up for the call in LHR with 3 mo old Sulaiman, who I had lugged around the country. Eventually he called. “It’s a clean sweep" & after my gasp, “… the other way.” He roared with laughter'

 

 

She also tweeted that ‘22 years later, after humiliations, hurdles and sacrifices, my sons’ father is Pakistan’s next PM. It’s an incredible lesson in tenacity, belief & refusal to accept defeat. The challenge now is to remember why he entered politics in the 1st place. Congratulations @ImranKhanPTI.’

 

It almost seems like that Pakistan's former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani lost to PTI's Mohammad Ibrahim in Multan's Shujabad constituency. 

However, the result of the Pakistan General Elections to be out soon.
