Jamaat-ud Dawa chief and alleged 26/11 attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed has condemned the Paris attacks. In an interview to a Pakistani publication, he said the attacks were a part of a conspiracy to stop the rise of Islam in the West.

Here's what he said in an interview to The Nation

"The truth is that sometime back, ex British premier Tony Blair admitted that Western powers created Daesh and that it was a mistake. Daesh is the product of Western evil designs against Muslims and this terrorist organisation is dancing to the tune of international establishment formed by Western imperialist powers."

129 people were killed in multiple attacks across Paris on 13 November. ISIS claimed responsibility for it.

Saeed provoking militants to attack India

Even as he condemns the Paris attacks, according to BSF Saeed is touring terrorist camps along the border and "repeatedly provoking" militants to carry out attacks in India. The BSF further said that there is alleged connivance of the Pakistani security forces in the campaign of the 26/11 mastermind.

Pakistan's security forces are allowing Saeed to "openly operate" in the border areas to indoctrinate terrorist groups, Inspector General (IG) of BSF, Jammu Frontier, Rakesh Sharma told reporters.
"You saw Hafiz Saeed has been repeatedly provoking terrorists. Recently inputs have come that motivational speeches are being delivered in the terrorist camps and launching pads that we have to engineer terror acts (across the border in this side)," Sharma said.
The BSF IG was replying to a question whether the terror infrastructure across the border has increased.
"There has been an increase in such activities across the border. Motivational talks and provocative speeches by preachers have increased," Sharma said.
