Belgrade: Man barricades himself, threatens to blow up building

A man in the Serbian capital armed and barricaded himself in an apartment building and threatened to blow it up with a bomb, on Saturday morning.
A huge number of police forces, along with the negotiators are present at the spot in Rakovica, which is an urban municipality in Belgrade.
The road has been cordoned off and traffic has been re-directed to other streets, reported Xinhua.
It is yet to be ascertained why the man threatened the attack. The police have not made an official announcement on the crisis.
