UEFA Euro 2016: After opener upset, Portugal set to bounce back against Austria

The Cristiano Ronaldo-led side, after enduring a disappointing European Championship opener that saw Portugal draw with Iceland 1-1, will aim to bounce back when they take on Austria in their second Group F match on 18 June.

Ronaldo was even widely criticised for lambasting Iceland, the smallest country ever to take part in Euros, for their 'small mentality' because of their defensive tactics.

Despite dominating the game, Portugal was denied every time by a brilliant display from Iceland goalkeeper Hannes Halldorsson.

On the other hand, Austria were shocked 2-0 by neighbours Hungary in their opening game.

A defeat for either side will leave them facing an embarrassing early exit from the prestigious tournament.

Elsewhere, Iceland will take on Hungary in the other Group F match, while Belgium will clash against the Republic of Ireland in Group E game.
