Steph Jeavons, has become the first Brit to have traveled all seven continents on a motorbike!

A resident of Colwyn Bay, North Wales, Steph sold off all her belongings to go on a journey of a lifetime. In 2014, Jeavons took off to cover an expedition of over 80,000 miles on her 250 cc dirt bike.

The 42-year-old says she had been dreaming of the trip for 20 years before finally setting off four years ago. The mom-of-one was determined to go on the once-in-a-lifetime journey after having her son Nathan, aged 24.

Grandmother to three-year-old Alexis, Steph has now become the first Brit to lap the globe touching all seven continents on her trusty Honda CRF250L— nicknamed Rhonda the Honda.

A mortgage advisor till 2008, Steph decided to set up an off-road motorcycle school with a business partner in Wales. Six months in and Honda offered them a contract and within a year, Steph's institute had become the biggest off-road school in UK, running tours in Morocco even.

“Eventually, I decided to ride to all seven continents, and a couple of tequilas convinced me I could do it,” she was quoted as saying.

Her route was going to be tough. After mapping it out she realized that reaching Antarctica was going to be the biggest challenge. But with the help of a few locals and regular goers, the daredevil managed to hitch-hike on a tiny sailing yacht across the notoriously rough Drake Passage.

In her four years of traveling across borders, her ever-faithful Rhonda the Honda has broken down only once. She has said, "The bike has been dead reliable, it's really small bike and not a tourer because I wanted a dirt bike for off-road and the mountains.”
Nervous of visiting many countries, Steph battled the Indian heat and fought hard against the much-dreaded traffic only to make her triumphant return to London on Sunday.

Driving for six hours daily and covering a whopping 50 countries has indeed been an adventure of a lifetime for Super-gran Jeavons
