Sunil Grover to return to The Kapil Sharma Show not as 'Guthi' but as this character; see details
Problems have yet again surrounded The Kapil Sharma Show after Navjot Singh Sidhu made a controversial remark on Pulwama terror attack, post which he was removed from the show and Archana Puran Singh was brought on his place. Later, the comedian himself got into trouble when he supported Sidhu, later which trends of 'boycott Kapil Sharma' started trending on the social media. Well now there's a good news for his fans as he will soon be collaborating with his friend-turned-foe Sunil Grover.
The reunion of the two most loved comedians will soon be seen on the show but there's a twist as he will not be playing the role of 'Guthi' anymore. But reports are in that Sunil will grace the show in order to promote his upcoming film Bharat and with him there will also be Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Their fans might get half excited after knowing that we might see them together on the screen again.
They both have worked together in Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show where they made everyone laugh out loud. Later which while travelling, they had a fight and decided to split. In December this year, when the announcement of the new season of the show came,everyone got excited to see them together until they got to know about Sunil's new show Kanpur Wale Khuranas with Kapil's ex-colleagues like Ali Agar, Upasana Singh and Sugandha Mishra.
When Sunil was previously asked if he would join Kapil in his new show he said, "My own dates would have clashed with Kapil's show as I am doing a film with Salman sir. This show that I am doing for Star Plus fitted in the window that I had. But Salman sir did speak to me briefly about it (bringing two of us together). We had a very casual chat about it but nothing much."
