KumKum Bhagya: Surprise! Not Kirtida Mistry, but this popular TV actress to play the role of Pragya's daughter Prachi
Zee TV's one of the popular daily soaps of all time KumKum Bhagya has always managed to be on the top spot until from the past few weeks when the position of the show went down. The makers in order to make the show exciting introduced new twists and turns and also a generation gap of 20-25 years later which the plot would revolve around Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia) and Pragya's (Sriti Jha) twin daughters.
Just a day ago, it came to light that the two girls have been finalised for the show namely Naina Singh, who rose to fame through Splitsvilla 10, India's Next Superstar and Kirtida Mistry, who rose to fame through Gathbandhan. But now it seems as if there is some change as now Kirtida will be replaced by Mughda Chaphekar, who was last seen in Colors TV’s Savitri Devi College & Hospital.

When Kirtida was asked about the same, she opened up to a portal and said, "I have no idea about it." Later she added on to say, “The makers never gave any confirmation to me. So, I don't know if they have finalised anyone else to play the role.” Well it now seems as if Mughda's reports of joining the show are confirmed for now. The two duaghters in the show will be named as Rhea and Prachi.

Further the reports suggest that Abhi and Pragya will have two daughters, each raised by the two differently. Prachi will be the character copy of Pragya while Rhea on the other hand will be a rich spoilt brat and will be raised by rockstar Abhi. Previously it was being said that the couple will have two sons, the role of one will be played by Priyank Sharma.
