He rose to fame with his stellar dance performances in DID (Dance Indian Dance), and since then, there seemed to be no looking back for Faisal Khan. He was soon seen in his first on-screen character playing Maharana Pratap that added to his popularity.

Now, after being eliminated from Khatron Ke Khiladi: Kabhi Peeda Kabhi Keeda, Faisal is on the look out for right opportunities. Talking about the kind of work is he looking for, Faisal said:

"Right now, I am focusing on my studies and on the work front, talks are on. The catch is that I am at an age when I cannot act as a child nor can I act as a mature person. Often at this point, offers are less and the requirement for the roles are more. So I am waiting for the right opportunity."

As shown in the episode itself, he defended his importance in the team and didn't seem happy with Tanishaa's decision. Elaborating around the same, he said:

"I was disappointed because I have emerged as a winner of all the reality shows and this was my first elimination. The experience was very nice. I will always be known as a young player who took part in the show and tried different stunts."
