Bigg Boss 7 contestant Pratyusha Banerjee found dead
Television actress Pratyusha Banerjee died on 1 April, Mumbai police confirmed on Twitter.
The 24-year-old actress, who reportedly hanged herself from the ceiling fan at her Mumbai residence, was declared dead upon being taken to the city's Kokilaben Hospital. The actress, best known for her stint on Balika Vadhu, also featured in season 7 of the controversial reality TV show, Bigg Boss.

In January this year, Banerjee filed an FIR alleging harassment against four police officers. 'She had then alleged that a few policemen had shown up at her house to look for her then-boyfriend and had misbehaved with her.

To a leading daily, Kamya Punjabi expressed grief by saying,"I am not in the right frame of mind."
