After introducing real-time location sharing, in its latest update, Whatsapp is all set to surprise its users with a new feature. The users of Whatsapp soon will be able to make conference voice and video call using the app.

The information that Whatsapp is introducing group video and voice calls were recently spotted in the beta version of the application by WABetaInfo. The information was shared along with a screen-shot of a WhatsApp group. In the screenshot, it was seen that the group chat window has a video and voice call button. If the feature will be introduced then the users of messaging app can do conference voice and video calls on WhatsApp.

The WABetaInfo took it to Twitter to share the information and wrote, “Group voice calls: confirmed ✅
Group video calls: partially confirmed ⚠️ There are a lot of hidden references about group voice calls, but there is only one reference about group video calls. But the quoted image should confirm both 😇”

Earlier, in the beginning of this month, the WABetaInfo had revealed that Whats-app was 'internally working' upon its new feature, with the help of which users can make group voice calls on WhatsApp and now it has confirmed that, “The 2.17.70 iOS update has very hidden references to group calls!
Before it was an internal news, now it's all confirmed 😇😇🎉
For example, WhatsApp 2.17.70 sends a request to the server to ask if the user you are calling is in another group call!”

Earlier, Whatsapp has launched its real-time location sharing feature to its users, with the help of which one can keep a track on someone's location only if the user allows them to do that.
