Xiaomi to surprise its fans by revealing an exclusive Mi smartphone soon; here are the specifications

A lot of Xiaomi fans are waiting for the launch of upcoming Xiaomi Mi 6X. Actually, there are speculations that this smartphone can be launched on 25th April. Later this smartphone will come in the Indian market with the name of Xiaomi Mi A2. In between, there is news of the launch of Xiamoni Redmi S2 in India. Till now, the Chinese company Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 pro and Redmi 5 in the Indian market. Whereas, It has revealed the curtain form Redmi Note 5 and Mi MIX 2S in China market. According to the reports, Xiaomi will soon launch the Redmi S2 in both the countries.

According to the XDA developers report, the specification of Xiaomi Redmi S2 has been revealed, which is based on the firmware file obtained by FunkyHuawei.club, NDTV reported. The report states that this handset will have HD( 720x1440) display with LCD screen with aspect ratio of 18:9. However, information regarding the size of the display has not been released. This smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, Redmi 5 plus, Mi A1 and Mi Max 2 has been powered by the same processor. Firmware file also indicates that this smartphone will also a variant of 16 GB storage. For now, there is not any information regarding the RAM it will have.

Regarding the camera setup, it will have a rear dual camera of 12 MP (IMX 486 sensor) + 12 MP (Ov12a10 sensor ) in the primary camera setup. It will come with a special feature of electronic image stabilization, portrait mode and face unlock features.
