Chinese smartphone company Oppo has kickstarted the sale of its 'selfie-expert' smartphone F1 Plus in India at Rs 26,990.
The company has reported a positive response for the pre-booking for the phone, which kicked off on 11 April. Unlike other Chinese companies, the Oppo F1 Plus will also be available in stores in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata region.
According to a latest research done by Sino-MR, the company has sold over 1.8 lakh units of Oppo F1 Plus smartphone in China very first day of its flash sales, 24 March this year. The number grew to 4 lakh in another four days.

"The smartphone self-portrait or 'Selfie' has established itself as a form of self-expression and we are only looking to support this fact with our OPPO F1 Plus with 16MP front camera," Oppo's global vice president, Sky Li, said.
"We are confident of the performance of the new camera phone in the Indian market," Li added.
