PSL 2018: Ronchi's spectacular performance takes Islamabad United to its second final
Former New Zealand international cricketer, Luke Ronchi has been in form and giving his best performance in most of the tournament that he has played all his life. But, his performance in Pakistan Super League has been par excellence.
In this tournament, he has not only scored a fastest fifty runs off just 19 balls but also helped his team Islamabad United to enter PSL final for the second time, which is scheduled on March 25, 2018. He hits 94 off just 39 balls,h elping his team Islambad United win by eight-wicket over Karachi Kings.
Ronchi has been consistent in his performances, this is the fourth time that he has been bestowed with the man-of-the-match award and has also got his fourth half-century. His spectacular performance was the key reason behind Karachi King's defeat.
Throughout the match, bowlers tried their level best to stop him but he was unstoppable and did get the score he targeted on.
In PSL history, the Islamabad United were the first team to make the fastest 100 in just 8.3 overs.
