What do Suriya's Singam 3 and Rajinikanth's Kabali have in common?

The shooting of the much-awaited Tamil film, Suriya starrer S3 is nearing completion. The Hari directorial film marks the return of Tamil superstar in one of his best-loved avatars. The third installment of the hugely successful Singham franchise also stars Shruti Haasan and Anushka Shetty - who plays Suriya's wife.

The makers, who are currently shooting the film in the AVM Studio Campus, Chennai, are planning to wrap the Chennai schedule soon. The team will soon head to Malaysia for the next schedule of the film.

According to our source, the ongoing Chennai schedule will be wrapped up by tomorrow. On 26 August, the entire team will fly to Malaysia for the next schedule of Singham 3.

Earlier, Catch had reported that the final schedule of Tamil superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kabali was shot in Malaysia as well.

Reportedly, S3 makers are planning to wrap up the entire shoot by mid-September and bring it to the cinemas on Diwali 2016.

Meanwhile, the cast of Singham 3 just got bigger after world body building champion -TV actor Thakur Anoop Singh was signed as the main antagonist.
