Welcome To Central Jail first look poster out: Dileep and Sundar Das are finally back!

The first look of the upcoming Malayalam release, Welcome To Central Jail is out. The film, which stars Dileep in the lead role, marks the return of the super star with hit director Sundar Das after a gap of 14 years.

Their previous collaborations, Ramji Rao Speaking, Sallapam, Kudamaattam, Varnakkazchakal and Kuberan were massive hits at the Box Office. In fact, Sallapam is considered the landmark film of Dileep's acting career.

Looking at the funny poster, it is evident that Welcome To Central Jail promises to be an out-and-out-fun-ride with all the comic elements that Dileep is famous for. The plot of the film revolves around Unni, a guy who admits to a crime perpetrated by another person and goes to jail to save the latter. And for him, the jail is like a campus with lot of fun! Dileep portrays the interesting character of Unni.

Vedhika is the main female lead. Welcome To Central Jail also stars an ensemble star cast including Renji Panicker, Kalabhavan Shajon, Aju Varghese, Hareesh Perumanna, Balachandran Chullikkad and Suraj Venjaramoodu. Written by Benny P Nayarambalam and produced by Vaishakh Rajan, the film is slated to hit the screens on the auspicious occasion of Onam, this year.
