Earlier, there were reports that the Mohanlal starrer is scheduled to release on October.

And now, the latest report suggests Villain is all set for a huge release on October 27.

The makers are leaving no stone unturned to make Villain as the biggest Malayalam release ever in Kerala. The Lelttan film is scheduled to release in a record number of 250 plus screens across the Kerala. Apart from Baahubali 2 and Thala Ajith's Vivegam, none of the films have managed to bag 250 plus screens in Kerala.

The music and the BG score of Villain has been composed by 4 Music, a music band of four composers Jim, Biby, Eldhose, and Justine of the 2016 Mohanlal's hit Oppam fame.

Villain will be the fifth collaboration of Mohanlal and Manju Warrier after Aaram Thampuran, Kanmadham, Summer In Bethlahem and Ennum Eppozhum. The film will also see film producer Antony Perumbavoor in a cameo role of a police officer.
