Thursday saw the release of Telugu film, Pawan Kalyan starrer Kattamarayudu at USA Box Office. Directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani and produced by Sharrath Marar, the action-entertainer is a remake of 2014 Thala Ajith's Tamil film Veeram. Katamarayudu stars Shruti Haasan in female lead role.

The Pawan Kalyan starrer has already crossed the 1 million club at the USA Box Office.

However, the bad news for the makers is that Kattamarayudu started showing considerable drop from Monday. The overdose of action scenes and the film labelled as 'masala entertainer' has worked against the film to attract the family audience overseas.

Kattamarayudu has so far minted Rs. 7 crore at the Box Office overseas, which is below average for a superstar release considering that the USA rights of the film have been sold for Rs. 12 crore. The huge drop on Monday suggest that film is heading towards another disaster for Pawan Kalyan after his previous release, Sardar Gabbar Singh.
